What you will do:

-Build strong relationships with CHROs, L&D leaders, and senior HR executives.
-Partner with SDRs and marketing teams to build repeatable revenue engines.
-Expand key accounts through strategic cross-selling and software upsell initiatives.

Experience you need:
-4+ years selling B2B SaaS, HR tech, or corporate learning platforms.
-Active network of CHRO and L&D decision-makers across the Malaysia
-Proven track record managing full sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.

Nice to have / Bonus:
-Prior experience selling enterprise software into BFSI, retail, or telecom sectors.
