Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d)

Deine Mission

• You get the chance to build: validate and prototype new initiatives, products, or business lines inside VARM, with real ownership from day one
• You operate with founder-level autonomy – defining problems, testing hypotheses, and deciding what's worth scaling – while drawing on VARM's resources, data, and network
• You work closely with the CEO and founding team, translating ambiguous opportunities into structured projects with clear outcomes

Dein Profil

• You bring 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, or VC – for example as a Strategy Consultant, Management Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, VC Analyst/Associate, Founder's Associate, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, or Project Manager
• Alternatively, you bring at least 2 years of experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or Managing Director of your own company – whether it scaled, exited, or taught you hard lessons
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset
• You communicate fluently in both English and German, written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
• You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
• You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
