What will you do

As EPC Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for projects from A to Z. From our headquarters in Enschede (from 2026 in a brand new building in Hengelo), you will lead the project team - consisting of Project Engineers, Process Engineers, and Designers - and ensure that projects are completed within schedule, budget, and quality standards. With your leadership and expertise, you will bring every project to a successful outcome.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading ambitious bio-energy projects at home and abroad that truly accelerate the energy transition;

  • Inspiring and coordinating project teams and collaborating with leading suppliers;

  • Developing modern technical specifications together with a team of engineers;

  • Being responsible for the budget and reporting results in every phase of the project;

  • Ensuring the highest standards, both technically and commercially.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar;

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical sector;

  • Demonstrable experience with international and EPC projects;

  • Strong leadership qualities and results-oriented attitude;

  • Solid technical knowledge and excellent communication skills;

  • Fluent in English. Dutch or Spanish is a plus;

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model with at least 2 days in the office;

  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly (approx. once every 6 weeks).
