ERP Deployment Specialist – Accounting & Controlling (IFS)

€2.800 per month

TLDR

Leads design, configuration, and global rollout of the Accounting & Controlling domain in IFS Cloud, focusing on tax solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the implementation of the Accounting and Controlling Domain of IFS Cloud, across our global organization. Main area of expertise will be Tax to complete the knowledge in the ERP deployment team.

The candidate should be able to lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise tax solutions within ERP systems. This role partners closely with Tax, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure tax requirements are accurately translated into scalable, compliant system solutions.

You role in this project will have 3 phases:
1. Design and specification of the ERP system functionalities
2. Roll out of the ERP system globally
3. Maintain and support the ERP system  


Key Areas

  • Conduct Fit Gap Analysis with Finance, Accounting, and Controlling departments to gather and document business requirements, identifying necessary modifications.
  • Oversee and participate in system configuration to meet accounting and reporting requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Coordinate data migration, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, working closely with data owners and the migration team.
  • Test module functionalities, plan use cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with key users.
  • Train key users and end users, participate in internal communication and change management activities.
  • Organize regular meetings for user feedback, provide second-level support, and foster continuous system improvement.

Functional and key to success

  • Minimum 3 years hands‑on accounting and bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PTP, RTR, and QTC finance processes.
  • ERP proficiency with solid finance/accounting system skills; tax expertise required.
  • 5 years’ experience in an international environment (project or manufacturing preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; 
  • Fluent in English; willing to travel up to 30%.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2800 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
