With our newly appointed General Manager, we are now looking for an exceptional executive assistant to join the dynamic team and support her and the Senior Leadership team across core business initiatives.

What you will bring to the team:

  • You're a self-starter who strives for excellence and is passionate about the delivery and operations of business objectives
  • You are a highly organised, switched-on person who provides a proactive approach to your role
  • You are ready to support and uplift the GM and SLT team, overseeing several areas of the business including administration, marketing, people and culture, and IT management
  • You're a natural relationship builder and can easily develop great working relationships with internal stakeholders, and teams, maintaining the core Servian values
  • You have a keen eye for detail and love finding the most efficient way to prioritise and multitask
  • You have exceptional planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • You have a positive can-do attitude

Role responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the GM is well supported within their role, elevating them of any administrative, scheduling, or coordination objectives
  • Managing complex calendars including strategically scheduling, managing, and prioritising meetings to align with key priorities.
  • Supporting the communications channel between the GM and other parts of the business through strong relationship building
  • Contributing to executive leadership meetings ensuring follow-ups are done on action items, project deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Partnering with People, Ops, and Sales/Marketing teams on events and office management
  • Being proactive with Company initiatives, and lending your skills across multi-functions when needed to contribute to the wider business needs
  • A Culture Champion

You will have:

  • University graduate – favourable.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role reporting to senior management
  • Exceptional communications skills - you love to grow relationships and work collaboratively as a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet and professional when dealing with confidential, commercially sensitive, and personal work-related information.
  • Excellent time management skills - you can be relied upon to deliver on time.
  • A growth mindset - you are open to giving and receiving feedback and continually think of new ways to do things.
