About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organized, firm, and stable Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This is a dynamic role that offers the rare opportunity to operate at a global level while being based in Taiwan. You will be working directly with senior leaders in a fast-paced and ever-evolving fintech environment, helping to drive high-impact decisions and ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Schedule & Travel Management:

Manage schedules, including booking flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.

Corporate & Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.

Act as a liaison between departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Executive Support & Task Management:

Handle tasks assigned by the executive, ensuring timely completion.

Track and follow up on pending tasks and key action items.

Confidentiality & Professionalism:

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.

Uphold high ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality.

Communication & Coordination:

Facilitate smooth internal and external communications.

Coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
