The role is hybrid and requires regular in-office presence to support leaders and collaborate seamlessly with other EAs and cross-functional stakeholders.

As an EA at Trainline, you will...

  • Act as a gatekeeper for leaders’ time, balancing strategic priorities with operational realities

  • Inbox management and correspondence

  • Project support as required

  • Support for new staff

  • Expense management and reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Build strong relationships with other EAs and stakeholders to coordinate seamlessly at pace

We would love to hear from you if you have...

  • Experience supporting at Director/C-Suite level

  • A self-starter who has experience working autonomously within a fast-paced Technology focused company with an ever-changing and pressurised environment

  • Understand the need to prioritise and plan; however, be agile and comfortable enough to react to ever changing landscapes, business demands, and can make the step change seamlessly in a tech driven organisation

  • Accustomed to the demands of multiple Executives requiring conflicting changes simultaneously.
