About The Role:

As EA to the Executive Team you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Zoox’s executive staff.                                                             

What You'll Do

• Manage heavy calendering as required for the Exec Team.
• Book travel and accommodations.
• Provide support for executives in the following areas: Data entry, expense reports, scheduling interviews and meetings, preparing presentations and materials for meetings, etc.
• Maintain orderly file system.
• Assist Ops Team on an as-needed basis with small events and projects.

What We'll Need

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience supporting multiple senior level executives (VP Level and above).
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard software platforms.
• Ability to anticipate needs before they arise and stay always on the front foot.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast paced and high growth environment, to take on new roles as required.
