Our Executive Coaching team is hiring an Executive Coach to support the growth of our senior leaders.
As a full-time internal Executive Coach, you will play an important role in the development of our leaders to accelerate and drive the performance of the company. Our goal is to create a best in class executive coaching practice that includes internal and external coaches, strong technology solutions and a global footprint that allows us to invest in our leaders at the right times to make the largest impact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality of inclusive executive coaching aligned with ICF competencies and ethical standards
- Take a client-centered and data-driven approach to optimizing performance of leaders
- Partner closely with HRBPs, regional stakeholders, operations and external vendors to drive excellence
- Deeply understand the nuances of the Netflix culture and the competitive landscape of our business to provide executive coaching in a highly contextualized way
- Ensure development goals are written by each coaching client, made transparent and aligned with manager, and remain the focus areas of each coaching engagement
- Consistently support operational excellence for accurate reflection of coaching activities
- Advocate for supervision in coaching and role model having it as a key element of your coaching practice
- Hold clients accountable to action plans and commitments made
- Contribute to the evolution of the Netflix executive coaching program and offering
- Leverage current and cutting edge technology to deliver coaching solutions
- Support and advocate for the Executive Coaching strategy and coaching approach
- Engage regularly with stakeholders to receive feedback and continually improve upon the Executive Coaching solutions offered at Netflix
Skills & Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who -
- Has extensive experience coaching C-suite and senior leaders in global organizations, with a minimum of 15 years of experience working in senior-level roles in companies
- ICF or equivalent coaching certification at PCC level or above or equivalent experience (in lieu of certification, MBA and 20+ years of senior management experience and 10+ years executive leadership coaching experience)
- Is a thought leader in leadership development, inclusion, and the evolution of the intersection of coaching and technology
- Has an insatiable curiosity to continually learn about the evolution of the competitive landscape that Netflix is in
- Is a practitioner: has an applied-approach to coaching rather than a theoretical one
- Experience navigating cross-cultural nuances and/or cultural differences
- Has experience as an internal consultant, coach, or business partner
- Has experience leveraging a multitude of assessments as a part of the coaching engagement such as Hogan, Leadership Circle, Insights, FIRO-B, or others
- Is highly skilled at observing and navigating organizational culture and dynamics
- Builds trust and rapport quickly with clients and colleagues
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and navigates ambiguity well
- Self-manages, takes initiative, and works independently
- Flexible, adapting quickly as situations change
- Applies best practices around change management
- Strong skills in summarizing, active listening, insightful questioning and curiosity
- Has a strong practice of self-development
- Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Development, I/O Psychology, or a similar field
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in the technology, entertainment or creative industries
- Can coach in more than one language

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $195,000 - $510,000.
