After 26 years of roasting, blending, and brewing coffee Wellington’s Caffe L’affare has hit Auckland. Over the past 26 years from our iconic Wellington café we’ve poached over 2 million eggs, served 4 million coffees and 8 million customers and now we've taken the show on the road.

We have a shiny new café and roastery in Newmarket and we're on the hunt for that certain someone to lead it.

We’re after someone with experience leading a busy but special site, and most importantly someone keen to stamp their personality on our place. We’re an odd lot but passionate about coffee and after someone similar.

We should tell you that it’s a 7 day a week operation (but a 40 hour a week role), full service café and roastery etc, and that you’ll be responsible for our great front of house team and managing them to the highest service standards.
