Experienced CM & VIP manager (Full Time - Remote)

"The Collective Ace Group" is a one-stop Service Hub in the Gaming industry, providing the best-in-class services for our clients with all the convenience of a one-stop solution. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Community Manager to support us. In the following role, you will join one of our subsidiaries and you will be working autonomously in a global team of international professionals and helping build and entertain the communities for an exciting game.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience building and developing communities on various communication platforms, especially Discord and the Meta suite (Facebook+Instagram)
• Experience dealing with VIPs, key opinion leaders of your community
• Excellent level of English
• Good technical skills to implement automations, bots and other tools for the community platforms used
• An analytic and strategic mindset is key to help your game grow
