About the job:
- Maintain, improve and develop processes. Key chart SPC CPK target>1.67. (15%)
- Conduct muti-factorial DOE design, analysis, process capability improvement for new process and products. (20%)
- Lead failure analysis on lots or wafers for yield improvement.(15%)
- Lead cost analysis and cost reduction projects.(15%)
- Document update, Process FMEA and CP maintain.(15%)
- Lead project execution for online quality and capacity improvement.(20%)
About you:
- Education: Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
- At least 5-6 years wafer Fab experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Knowledge of all the process
- Good writing and speaking in Chinese and English
- Understanding of system documents for customer audit
- Knowledge of DOE and SPC techniques.
- Project management competence
