Field Account Engineer – BAS / HVAC

TLDR

Troubleshoot and optimize BAS/DDC systems across client sites using Tridium Niagara, HVAC controls, commissioning, and field execution.

Our vision is clear: a future where buildings run autonomously, so our clients can focus on what matters most.

Location: Mexico (priority for candidates based in Mexico City, Puebla, Monterrey, Guadalajara )

Travel: This role requires approximately 30% travel to US. Travel is typically planned well in advance to allow for personal planning and, in almost all cases, occurs Monday through Friday, with weekends at home.

Visa: Must currently hold, or be able to obtain prior to employment, a valid U.S. B1/B2 Visitor Visa for business travel to the United States.

  • Identify operational risks and system improvement opportunities

Requirements

We are looking for a strong technical profile with real field execution experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in BAS, HVAC controls, EMS, or related environments. Hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara / Niagara N4 (is a "must have"), including system configuration, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • troubleshooting
