Your focus will be on supporting our systems within IGT (ImageGuided Therapy).  Additional product training may also be relevant in future to fulfill changes in our installed base in combination with our customer demands.

As server solutions and system communications play an increasingly important role in our offerings, expertise and interest in IT solutions will be a valuable asset.

In this role, you will primarily work in the customer environment within Flanders.

Your role:

  • Executing service activities such as regular preventative maintenance (PM), emergency service (CM), faultfinding, upgrades and modifications, according to the relevant Philips’ quality standard policies

  • After full training, operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirement. Install IGT-systems according to standards with respect to quality and installation time including testing complex networks following stringent real time patient data requirements. (Mainly electronic, but also mechanical, hydraulic and IT interventions)

  • To have a holistic view of the system and it´s functional environment, with an eye for functions from both a technical and user (clinical) perspective

  • Responsible for completeness and accuracy of service records with particular attention to test & verification results

  • Timely and accurate submission of service data, job sheets, field problem reports and other relevant administrative tasks as assigned

  • Escalating timely to our Western Europe service support organization

  • Reporting customer feedback and following-up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.

  • Being a brand ambassador for Philips Health Systems and serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters

  • Consignment duty and/or service duty outside office hours if applicable.

  • Engaging in required product and quality training locally or abroad.

You're the right fit if:

  • You preferably have a bachelor's degree in Electronics / Mechanics or Electrical Engineering.

  • You are familiar with computer tools and office software.

  • Good at identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contacts.

  • Independent and service-minded with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.

  • Structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline.

  • Fluent verbal in Dutch and English languages.

  • Driving license (B).

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 45,560.42–€ 62,410.06. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
