Bright Renewables, part of the HoSt Group, is looking for Field Service Engineers to join our newly established Spanish team. In this role, you will work on advanced biogas upgrading and renewable energy systems that help reduce emissions and accelerate the energy transition.

For our projects in Spain we are looking for field service engineers who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical field work.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping our renewable energy installations running safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance;

  • Commission and start up new installations;

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and process-related issues;

  • Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT);

  • Support customers during operation and optimization of their plants;

  • Supervise subcontractors during installation and commissioning activities;

  • Participate in an on-call support rotation.

Requirements

Our requirements

  • A background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering;

  • Experience in industrial plants, utilities, energy, oil & gas, water treatment or similar environments;

  • Good problem-solving skills;

  • A hands-on mentality;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required;

  • Good English skills;

  • CV in English.
