Your Responsibilities
Maintenance and replacement of components on existing systems and performance of fault analyses for rapid restoration of production capability.
Optimization of robot systems in our modern Robflow no-code programming interface – from re-teaching positions to process adjustments based on your findings.
Remote support for customer systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues.
Proactive process evaluation for early detection of potential malfunctions, as well as collaboration with product development and solution engineering—your feedback is crucial for improving future systems.
We're looking for someone who has:
Technical expertise:
Highly proficient with computers and software -> work with our innovative No-Code robot programming software
Object oriented programming background is a plus
Training in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
Practical experience and passion:
Initial experience in commissioning or maintaining automation solutions or similar technologies—and enthusiasm for innovative technical challenges.
Mobility and customer focus: You have a driver's license, enjoy traveling – up to ~ 70% throughout the US – and love supporting customers on site. In doing so, you ensure that our systems run reliably, understand their needs, and actively contribute to successful projects.
