Job overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organise client files, including opening new folders.
File invoiced batches and related documentation.
Archive documentation older than 10 years.
Archive closed client files as instructed by Compliance.
Scan and print documents.
Print remittances and credit notes.
Assist the Operations Team with other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Ideally hold previous admin experience
On the job training will be provided
Be highly organized, proactive, and able to work on own initiative
Be proficient in the latest Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
Present a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
Be detail oriented
