Finance & Accounts Specialist

We are looking for Head of Finance who can manage end to end of finance & accounting at PurpleRain.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in General accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of balance sheet and P&L a/c, financial analysis, and reporting.
• To co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with the general Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash, and bank.
• Maintain books of accounts and ongoing tax compliance (GST/TDS/IT)
• Identify risks or opportunities for revenues, cost, and profitability and propose appropriate actions.
• Co-ordinate Audits and manage customer expectations
• Create and maintain the accounting records for the company using the QuickBooks.
• Reconcile all accounts as needed. 
• Interface with outside accounting experts such as tax CPA, auditors.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Perform banking functions as required.
• Multi-country accounts consolidation
• Taking care of accounting compliance 
• Experience with direct/indirect/GST taxation laws
• Processes payments and documents such as vendor invoices/statements.
• Organizes documents in a systematical manner
• Files and/or removes records and reports.
• Perform internal audits

 What you need:

• 3 years+ experience in Accounting required.
• Experience in International Accounting will be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong accounting skills
• Knowledge sales order, delivery or billing processes a plus
• Dynamic and team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills (fluent English mandatory)
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively across all levels and functions
• Ability to quickly grasp changes to complex business processes in a dynamic environment
