Finance and Admin Intern

Finance Support

  • Assist in processing invoices, claims, and payment documentation.
  • Support data entry and maintenance of financial records.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Organize and maintain finance-related documents and filing systems.
  • Support monthly closing activities and finance reporting when required.

Administration Support

  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and general office upkeep.
  • Maintain employee records and company documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities.
  • Handle document preparation, filing, scanning, and record management.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Other Duties

  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignments from the Finance and Operations team.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Assist in process improvement and administrative initiatives where applicable.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
