Financial Accounting Specialist

Support accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting within a dedicated accounting unit using 1C and related software.

Description


Digitain is looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented professional Financial Accounting Specialist to fill the vacancy.


Responsibilities


  • Creating and submitting bookkeeping entries and reports
  • Checking orders and import packages
  • Checking balance codes circulation
  • Checking the Payment system statements
  • Checking cash costs
  • Control, classification of receivables
  • Ensuring accurate accounting of financial means, timely reflection of financial movements from and into the bank accounts, accurate recording of journal entries
  • Identification of software issues of the 1C system, elaboration of technical specifications
  • Testing of programmatic issues 
  • Fulfillment of other assignments by immediate supervisor


Requirements


    • Higher education in economics  
    • 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
    • Knowledge of Armenian Software,1C, E-invoicing, and other related accounting software
    • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
    • Good knowledge of tax code of RA
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
    • Detail oriented, analytical, and excellent communication skills
    • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
