Financial Management Trainee

Headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Dozee has emerged as India’s no. 1 RPM Company.   We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountants(CA Freshers) to join us as a Finance Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Controllership, Accounting, Compliance, and Business Finance  Responsibilities

● Support the controllership function – statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness 

● Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings

● Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits

● Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance

● Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities 

Requirements

●Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final)

● Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

● Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Personal Traits: Independent, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
