Financial Specialist — Contracts, Costs and Measurements

Overview:

We are looking for a Financial Specialist — Contracts, Costs and Measurements to join, for a period of up to sixteen months, an international project in Luanda, Angola.

What are we looking for?

What will you do?

• Review and validation of interim payment certificates against contractual requirements and supporting technical documentation.
• Monitoring of cost deviations, guarantees, and change requests.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Angolan Public Procurement Law (Law No. 41/20).
