Job Responsbilities

- Coordinate first mile pickup operations and daily capacity planning.
- Monitor and improve fill rate performance across merchants/sellers.
- Coordinate with commercial teams on merchant onboarding and account setup.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting pickup efficiency.
- Track and report on inbound performance metrics to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience managing merchant/seller relationships is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
