Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in trucking or diesel fleet maintenance who can lead technicians while ensuring quality repairs and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange and oversee outside repairs
- Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow
- Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure high-quality repair standards
- Maintain accurate records using fleet management software
Qualifications
- Prior experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, or diesel repair required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency with fleet management systems such as Samsara, Alpine, or similar software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively
Compensation & Benefits
