Most programs want you to already have the idea. We're built for the stage before that. Most of the people who join us haven't found their idea yet — and that's fine. What we're looking for isn't a pitch. It's a pattern: something you keep circling back to, a problem that won't leave you alone, a version of yourself you haven't built the courage to become yet.

You won't be joining Reapra as an employee — you'll be building your own venture, with our support from day zero. We spend real time — months, not a weekend workshop — helping you understand your own story. Where your instincts came from. What you're actually chasing when you say you want to "build something." Most people never get asked these questions seriously. We do, because we think the founders who last 20 years in an industry are the ones who did this work first.

Requirements

This might be for you if:

• You've been feeling a pull toward starting something — in the next 6–12 months.
• You're building for something bigger than your own exit — an industry, a generation, a problem worth spending decades on.
• You're willing to look honestly at your own patterns, including the ones that have quietly been running your life.
• You're more interested in the truth about yourself than in being right about yourself.
• You're eligible to start a business in Singapore — citizen or PR.
