Founder's Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-calibre, highly driven individual to join the Founder’s Office at Z1 Tech. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across functions, and turning ideas into execution. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic priorities, business growth, market research, special projects, and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founders on strategic initiatives, business problems, and special projects from idea to execution.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Work with Product, Sales, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution.
• Build business analyses, presentations, dashboards, and decision-making frameworks for the leadership team.
• Identify bottlenecks, create solutions, and take ownership of initiatives and high-priority projects.
• Support the Founders across growth, partnerships, GTM, and other business-critical initiatives as required. 

Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years.
• For experienced candidates: Prior experience in a Founder’s Office / CEO’s Office role within a startup or high-growth organization is preferred.
• Candidates should ideally have cross-functional exposure to areas such as Product, Sales, Business, Strategy, Marketing, or Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from problem identification through execution.
• A curious, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
