We’re moving fast and need a founding engineer who thrives in early-stage chaos and loves shipping quickly. If you want to own technical decisions, build 0→1, and shape the future of AI in healthcare, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

As our Founding Engineer, you’ll be a core part of the founding team, shaping not just the product but the company itself. This is a builder’s dream role: fast iterations, collaboration, and the chance to set technical direction from Day 1.

✅ Rapid prototyping of new features

✅ Architect, build and maintain scalable backend infrastructure and APIs

✅ Design, train, and implement end-to-end machine learning models

✅ Help build and nurture a high-performing engineering culture

Who You Are

• 5+ years of backend & ML engineering experience
• Strong Python skills, SQL/NoSQL knowledge, and modern DevOps practices (AWS)
• Hands-on with ML workflows (PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-based systems (agents, NLP, RAG)
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
• Bonus: You’ve been a founding engineer/early startup employee before and loved it
