Senior Analyst Revenue Operations
The Senior Analyst Revenue Operations at Squarespace supports the Revenue Operations processes. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in Chargebacks and Dispute management that is eager to help build out a new function within Squarespace. The primary focus of the Senior Analyst Revenue Operations is to oversee, recommend and implement processes in the resolution of chargeback and disputes within the Stripe environment. This position is located in our New York City headquarters and reports to our Revenue Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and resolution of customer chargebacks and disputes.
- Detailed transaction research, analytical skills, and documentation of actions taken, including emails/phone calls to merchants, cardholders, and others as appropriate
- Develop top-tier operational practices, optimizing against efficiency, and overall operational excellence
- Work with our internal Fraud Team to identify fraud-related patterns
- Keep current on card scheme rules and regulation
- Perform reconciliations as part of the month end close process and assist with other Ad Hoc reconciliations
- Apply bank and card industry regulations and practices in resolving disputes
- Compile aggregate statistics on charge backs for use by the company in identifying patterns and improving overall customer service
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
- Identify and propose changes to management that could lead to improved business outcomes
- Work closely with Customer Operations on fraud issues
- Project support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 - 7 years of chargeback and disputes experience in a software/services company.
- Strong knowledge of credit card processes, including dispute resolution
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work with teams across the organization.
- Problem solver and "out-of-the-box" mindset to get the job done.
- Data driven mindset and strong sales acumen and financial metrics.
- Experience with Stripe preferred
- Experience partnering with Customer Operations and other internal corporate groups
