As a Space Chimp Freelance Brand Strategist, you will work directly with companies to help them achieve their goals. You must be up to date with evolving marketing best practices and have experience implementing successful strategies. You must have experience working directly with customers and delivering amazing work.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute local field marketing campaigns, interact with consumers face-to-face, and educate customers on benefits of products and services to ensure brand messages are consistently distributed.
- Manage brand positioning, facilitate creative marketing campaign development, improve brand awareness/perceptions, and maximize consumer membership acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client accounts and execute timely and effective marketing initiatives.
- Meet revenue volume goals and brand perception objectives.
- Assess customer’s individual usage needs and interests in order to best recommend and market products.

Education
Bachelor's or Masters degree
- Degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, advertising, sales, telecommunications, telesales, territory management, field sales, customer service, or brand promotions an asset.
- Understanding of consumer focused marketing and brand management initiatives including product position, pricing, market research, and distribution preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and professional work ethic.
- Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for customer service, brand management, and business development.
