Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement front-end web code where appropriate to launch interactive tools and apps benefiting the marketing team’s goals.
- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth.
- Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand.
- Measure and optimize these projects, reporting results and proposing improved ways of operating based on the data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing.
Education
Bachelor's or Masters degree
Must have:
- Proven track record managing an online marketing channel
- Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities at once and learn new things with little oversight
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Strong Excel skills
- eCommerce experience strongly preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the latest online and offline customer acquisition strategies preferred but not required
- Proficient with FB ad tools and Google Adwords preferred
