Freelance - Size & Fit Specialist
THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a freelance Size & Fit Specialist to join the Size & Fit team. Working to daily KPIs, you will be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have a keen sense of style and sound knowledge of men’s and women’s luxury fashion. Working in a team, you will ensure accurate size and fit advice is taken and described for each product. You will be resilient, calm working under pressure and readily accepting of challenges, adapting your approach to suit where necessary.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in the Photo Studio and with the wider business to clearly communicate Size & Fit information and advice to the customer.
- Review shootlists to ensure all correct sizes for your allocated shootlist is available on set within shoot timeline.
- Measuring product on set for your allocated shootlist ensuring this is completed within the on set timeline.
- Raise any inconsistent fit information through to the Senior Size & Fit Specialist and/or Manager.
- Work closely with the whole Size & Fit team, stock and styling team on set to maintain a smooth-running workflow.
- Work on any ad hoc size and fit related project work as required.
Requirements
About You
- Excellent communication, written and organisational skills
- a sound knowledge of Women and Menswear brands and trends
- Excellent knowledge of RTW and accessories, technical and fabric terminology
- High level of accuracy and close attention to detail
- Action orientated - ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent time keeping and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in close-knit team
- Preferable textile design, fashion design or pattern cutting background
- Computer literate with some CMS experience (preferred but not essential)
