As a Frontend Engineer, you will add crucial value by driving the development of modern, scalable business solutions and shaping intuitive user experiences. As we continue to take on new ongoing initiatives, we need someone who can jump right in to expand our product offerings and optimize current functionality. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality interfaces while troubleshooting complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of maintaining and enhancing the existing ReactJS codebase to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
• Develop modern business solutions and new features by writing reusable, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the frontend, optimizing current functionality for peak performance.
• Work closely with Backend developers, Product Owners, Designers, and QA teams to seamlessly integrate features and deliver high-quality products.
• Apply and promote best engineering practices, including code quality standards, unit testing, and design library utilization.
• Contribute to shaping the overall user experience and interface design for our products.

Your skills & experiences:

• Proven experience developing in TypeScript and React, alongside familiarity with modern state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Jotai) and frontend toolsets (Vite, Babel, Webpack).
• Hands-on experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and collaborating on UI/UX using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• A passion for writing clean, tested, and maintainable code that consistently delivers business value.
• An accountable, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed of delivery with high code quality.
• An assertive and tactful communication style - you are comfortable speaking up, challenging ideas respectfully, and taking ownership of your own professional growth.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Lithuanian.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in IT, engineering, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of Proxying/VPNs.
• Curiosity & hands-on experience with AI tools
