The Autograph Fulfillment Associate supports various product fulfillment responsibilities across the Autograph department.

Responsibilities:

• Create Sticker & Sign-On assessment sheet based off of current Subject List
• Transact inventory movement per subject in Oracle
• Create redemption lists based on current Subject Lists
• Receive and inspect the product
• Complete inspections to the required guidelines for signed and un-signed cards.
• Support the preparation and staging of cards for signing.
• Receive and document daily signing receipts.
• Create and leverage distribution lists for daily e-mail distribution.
• Prepare sketch cards for shipment per the supplied spreadsheet and complete quality checks on the sketch cards upon receipt of cards from artists.
• Assist in the back order, redemption fulfillment area.
• Complete light assembly work such as encasing cards and autograph sticker application.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts of Memorabilia & Autographs

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Ability to be trained in WMS & Oracle systems.
• Ability to perform physical activity of picking & packaging orders on a daily & weekly basis
• Ability to complete quality inspections of collectible cards & product. 
• Working computer & system knowledge
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail  
• Good knowledge of sports especially baseball & overall collectible business
