Summary

Our Vilnius team is growing, and we have exciting plans for 2026! We're actively seeking a passionate and emerging Full Stack Engineer with .NET 9 to be a part of our dynamic and collaborative team.  As a fresh addition to our squad, you'll immerse yourself in the realm of cutting-edge web applications, playing a central role in enhancing our PR & IR Platforms. 

Our salary range for this role is 4,000 to 5,000 EURO gross per month and is commensurate with experience, skills and location.

Location

This role will be based in our local office, located at Rinktinės st. 5 Vilnius, 09234. This role offers hybrid set up with 3 days from the office.

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

• Design and develop cutting-edge, high-performance applications
• Work within an agile development team, guided by the 12 principles of the “agile manifesto” during SaaS component development
• Collaboratively design and implement user-friendly interfaces
• Review feature documentation and assist in breaking them down into stories for the team backlog
• Adhere to best coding practices, including code reviews and unit testing
• Maintain and enhance existing systems and platforms
• Document technical specifications, focusing on component documentation
• Participate in planning meetings for coordination between Scrum teams
• Contribute to the enhancement of our Agile and DevOps culture and engineering best practices

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding of OOP and development best practices
• Willingness to work in multiple applications and tech stacks
• A degree in computer science or a similar qualification with 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency in .NET 9+ & Blazor
• Familiarity with MySql and Sql Server
• Understanding of CI/CD
• Experience with AWS, Azure
• Experience with PHP, Angular or React 
• Team-oriented working habits, pair/mob programming, constructive feedback
• Strong English communication skills (C1 / C2 level preferred)
• Practical experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum
• A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Experience in unit testing
• Experience in developing large-scale, multi-user applications
