Position Overview
Bobyard is building modern software for construction. As we scale, we need engineers who take full ownership — from product design through production.
You’ll work across React, Django, and PostgreSQL to ship features, design systems, and run them in AWS/GCP. No layers of process. No ticket queues. Just clear problems, strong teammates, and customers who depend on what you build.
What You’ll Do
Own the stack: React, Django, PostgreSQL. Build, ship, scale.
Design for scale: APIs, data models, infra that perform under load.
Frontend craft: Performance, UX, architecture. Ship interfaces users want to use.
Ship with conviction: Partner with product, CV, and design. Launch features that matter.
Run production: AWS / GCP. Deploy, monitor, debug. Ensure reliability.
Move fast: Prototype quickly. Iterate with users. Invest where it works.
