What You'll Do

• Own one or more TC-PVS modules (e.g. ePrescriptions, eAU, ePA, KIM or shared platform components) from specification to certification readiness.
• Design and implement solutions that address underlying business needs—not just technical requirements.
• Build, test, and maintain high-quality software while establishing automated test frameworks to prevent regressions.
• Take ownership of the infrastructure your services run on, including deployment, operations, and production reliability.
• Leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle and continuously improve AI-driven engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, QA, and Regulatory teams to deliver compliant, production-ready solutions.
• Follow our engineering principle: Make it work. Make it correct. Optimize it.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in full-stack software development and modern software architecture.
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex software components.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• A pragmatic mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Confidence using AI as an integral part of your software development workflow.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• A passion for building products that make a meaningful impact in digital healthcare.
