About the Role
As a German Content Moderator, you'll review content uploaded to a leading e-commerce platform, ensuring it complies with company policies and legal requirements. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safer online experience for millions of users.You'll work with internal moderation guidelines, apply critical thinking to make consistent decisions, and escalate complex cases whenever necessary. The role requires flexibility, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content according to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and platform safety standards.
• Make accurate moderation decisions using established guidelines.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases when required.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
• Stay updated with policy changes and moderation procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and trusted online marketplace.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Interest in online safety, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
• Customer-oriented mindset and empathy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
