Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor performance metrics for Artificial Intelligence and digital finance solutions.

Support pilot programmes, proofs of concept, and strategic digital transformation initiatives.

Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.

Lead development, implementation, rollout, and adoption of selected digital finance products.

Drive automation and process improvements across planning, forecasting, and management reporting.

Collaborate with data science, analytics, and visualization experts to deliver business value.

Shape future digital finance capabilities by connecting innovative technologies with business needs.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

3-4 years of experience in Finance, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.

Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot.

Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Requirements

Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives within Finance.

Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, agentic Artificial Intelligence solutions, or emerging digital technologies.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:  40,500 – 75,300 EUR

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
