Our Operations Team helps Flexport deliver the accuracy and insight that represent value to our
clients while working in a team to learn the business of moving freight.

You will:

• Manage all aspects of international trade from origin to destination;
• Interface with global logistics partners to coordinate international shipments;
• Shepherd clients through the complexities of international trade;
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the highest level of service possible; and
• Assist the Customs Team with logistical troubleshooting.

You should have: 

• BA/BS degree with a strong track record of success;
• Experience working at a digital freight forwarder;
• Be an expert in international trade operations and commercials;
• Experience working in an operations and client-facing role
• Experience working within a cross-functional squad model;
• Daily use of logistics technology systems;
• Regular correspondence with global operations teams;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Obsession with client happiness. You succeed when they succeed;
• Next-level attention to detail;
• Master of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero.
