Job Summary

As a Global Solutions Architect, Automation within the Center of Excellence (COE), you will be responsible for building and scaling the platforms, automation, and intelligent workflows that enable efficient, consistent delivery across all theaters. You will translate product capabilities, field insights, and delivery needs into reusable assets and systems that reduce manual effort, improve quality, and accelerate customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Scale Automation

  • Design, build, and deploy automation solutions (Python, integrations, workflows) that improve time to deploy and reduce manual effort
  • Develop reusable assets such as playbooks, workflows, and integration patterns that can be leveraged across teams
  • Test and validate automation in real-world delivery scenarios before scaling

Platform & Workflow Enablement

  • Translate complex delivery processes into simplified, repeatable, platform-driven workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation-first solutions to improve speed and consistency
  • Enable teams to adopt and operationalize standardized workflows

Lifecycle Impact

  • Support the full delivery lifecycle from initial deployment through ongoing optimization
  • Build solutions that not only work once, but scale across multiple customers and environments
  • Define practical maturity improvements that move teams from manual to automated delivery

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Practice Architects, Product, Engineering, and Services teams to align automation with real delivery needs
  • Build strong relationships with technical teams to understand challenges and drive adoption
  • Provide feedback to influence platform capabilities and close gaps

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience building custom security automation and integrations using Python (REST APIs, SDKs, JSON data transformation).
  • Demonstrated expertise in SOAR playbook engineering (Cortex XSOAR/XSIAM strongly preferred, or Tines/Torq/Swimlane), including building custom playbooks, subplaybooks, classifiers, mappers, and API connectors.
  • Deep domain understanding of Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response workflows, alert triage, enrichment, and MTTR optimization.
  • Proven track record in Professional Services, Consulting, or Global Delivery enablement—translating complex field delivery requirements into reusable assets, reference architectures, and standardized methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines to validate and deploy automation content.
  • Familiarity with operational AI/LLM integration (e.g., building agentic workflows, automated triage assist, or prompt/review guardrails) to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, and Field teams based on real-world delivery insights.
