Your Responsibilities:

Are you a technical expert with an international mindset who thrives at the intersection of sales, product management, and customer solutions? Then join us in shaping global technical solutions!

• Serve as the technical point of contact for application engineers and technical managers at our international sales subsidiaries (CSC/TSC/project teams) as well as business partners
• Act as a liaison between international sales units, business partners, and Ceratizit product management and suppliers on product-related technical matters
• Provide technical support for semi-standard and custom tools, including clarification and coordination
• Support international project management in key account projects and conduct preliminary reviews of international after-sales topics
• Organize and provide 2D/3D data, maintain supplier contact lists, and create materials in SAP as required

Your Profile:

• Technical education or degree (e.g. in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field)
• Several years of experience in machining, application engineering, or technical consulting
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Structured and solution-oriented working style, with proficiency in SAP and technical drawings (2D/3D)
