Global Workday Lead (Perm/Interim)

Are you passionate about people, technology, and innovation? We’re looking for a Global Workday Lead, to design a best in class employee experience around our HRIS System Workday.

This job can be based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Spain or France. We currently do not offer relocation nor visa sponsorship for this role.

What you’ll do:

• Lead global Workday implementation projects and orchestrate the different deployment steps.
• Partner with key stakeholders across different business functions and levels.
• Ensure everyone is informed and prepared for the individual deployment steps.
• Integrate the Workday HCM implementation timeline into other timelines and projects.
• Build & Lead the internal Workday Team, grow & develop the individuals reporting into you.
• After implementation: supervise the day-to-day activities of Getir’s HRIS, leading the support team and ensuring all service levels are met.
• Be part of the People Systems & Analytics Leadership Team & take part in other related projects.

About you:

• Solid understanding and expertise in Workday HCM Core, Recruiting and Onboarding and Reporting. Expertise in Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Learning or Studio are a plus.
• Previous experience of building and managing a team.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
• Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several priorities.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies.
• Superb communication skills with ability to present, discuss and explain complex issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
• Extensive experience in partner relationship building and management at different levels of the organisation.
