作為 Gogolook 的 政府專案管理師（Government Project Manager），您將負責政府專案的端到端交付，從前期提案準備、簽約後執行，到後續專案維運與客戶關係維護。您將作為 BD、產品與工程團隊，以及政府客戶之間的協作橋樑，確保各項合約義務與專案交付皆能如期、如質完成。

Responsibilities

  • 負責政府專案（包含政府標案、補助案等）的端到端時程管理，確保系統導入、各階段里程碑及驗收作業如期完成。
  • 處理、撰寫並追蹤政府正式往來文件（如公文、函文、備忘錄等），並能彈性應對政府機關臨時或緊急的文件與資料需求。
  • 使用標準化範本產出並管理每月成效報告，包含偵測量、命中率、案例統計等。
  • 統籌期中及期末驗收文件，與 PM／PO 協作，確保方法論、成果及 KPI 達成等內容完整並符合要求。
  • 協助處理客戶的操作性問題與數據解讀需求，判斷問題類型並協調適當的內部負責人跟進。
  • 參與客戶工作會議及季度督導會議，製作會議紀錄並追蹤後續行動事項。
  • 與 BD、PM、PO 等跨部門協作，協調客戶需求與內部產品及工程團隊的執行資源。
  • 建立並維護標準化範本與流程，如月報範本、驗收文件檢查清單等，提升專案交付效率與一致性。
  • 管理與合約相關的交付項目，及早辨識並反映延遲或未符合要求的風險，避免影響付款或續約。

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • 具 5 年以上專案管理或專案交付相關實務經驗，並有實際執行台灣政府標案或補助案的經驗。
  • 具管理與合約或付款里程碑相關交付項目的經驗，能精準掌握專案時程與文件品質。
  • 具政府正式往來文件撰寫及處理能力，熟悉公文格式、用語及公部門溝通方式。
  • 具高度適應力與抗壓性，能有效處理政府機關臨時或緊急的文件與資訊需求。
  • 能獨立產出供政府客戶及管理層使用的正式報告與簡報。
  • 具良好的跨部門溝通及內部協調能力，能同時與客戶及內部技術／產品團隊合作。
  • 具建立或運作結構化流程的經驗，如範本、檢查清單、SOP 等，以提升專案交付的一致性。
  • 具英文書面工作能力，中文聽說讀寫流利，能產出專業交付文件。

  • 具資安、電信或金融服務產業背景。
  • 熟悉 SaaS 或企業軟體的專案交付模式。
  • 具多方供應商或複雜利害關係人之專案協作經驗。
