Klarna’s Graduate Program: What is it?
The Klarna Graduate Program is designed to provide a fast track for management and leadership skills development to its participants, The Graduate Program is centered around rotations, during 12 months you will work in two different teams. We’ll provide you with an intense and practical, cross-functional experience accompanied by a conducive learning environment, to accelerate your growth and development. You will get to explore Klarna’s business and products while also mastering the skills needed to succeed in this fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications | Who can participate?
- Graduates with a maximum of three years of working experience are eligible to apply;
- Applicants must have a Master's degree, MBA, or Postgraduate degree.

Role Description | What you will do
- Work in a dynamic environment to accelerate our business;
- Support the team to evolve the go-to-market strategy by engaging with our partners;
- Develop our existing accounts through your work;
- Break new ground and gain more market shares and new business opportunities.

The Klarna Work Policy is designed to make sure we foster team collaboration while also ensuring a productive and flexible work environment.
