Job Responsibilities
Lead brand visual identity upgrades – Optimize existing brand visuals and establish new VIS （Visual Identity System） frameworks.
Drive pre-launch visual direction for online sales – Develop design proposals targeting European and American markets, from conceptualization to final execution.
Define visual standards for online marketing – Establish unified brand guidelines for storefront upgrades and ensure cross-platform consistency.
Support internal/external brand communication – Design routine promotional materials and provide art direction for official websites/online operations.
Develop design strategies and ensure creative quality – Propose design roadmaps, guide implementation, and oversee creative output
Qualifications
Education – Bachelor’s degree or above in Fine Arts, Design, or related fields.
Technical expertise – Mastery in ≥1 core visual skill （e.g., hand-drawing, compositing, motion graphics, 3D）.
Industry experience – Prior roles in brand design agencies or large consumer electronics companies preferred.
Traits – Proactive, detail-oriented, fast-learning, and passionate about design innovation.
Soft skills – Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
