Design @Dream11 The Design team at Dream11 consists of Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Graphics Designers, Illustrators and Motion Designers. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. We would love to hear from you if you are looking to work on complex, challenging and exciting design problems. Your Role:

Be hands on in creating end to end exciting and sporty graphics

Have an expert level understanding of design elements and their thoughtful application in the form of design principles

Generate visually stimulating and creative graphics via ChatGPT, Midjourney and any other AI tools

Be a part of creating design standards, guidelines and methodologies in producing quality graphics

Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and create several graphics and possibly some interactions to use in our product

Visually solve user problems with the help of data/research and effectively communicate ideas that follow the product and graphic design guidelines

Follow design standards and guidelines and methodologies while producing strong communication assets

Qualifiers:

6+ years of relevant visual design experience 

Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite

Experience in motion design
