Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Projects/Case Studies demonstrating experience in digital UX, possessing solid visual, interaction, and prototyping skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong learning mindset with ability to seek creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems.
• Good to have:
• Experience in prototyping using Figma/Principle/After Effects.
• Familiarity with style guides/UI components library.
• Exposure to 3D software.

You will 📲

• Grasp product briefs and articulate ideas/solutions under the supervision of the design team.
• Collaborate with the design team to create and deliver design solutions ready for market implementation.
• Document the design process for each feature, encompassing research findings, ideations, and usability testing. Monitor the impact after the product release.
• Craft flows and experiences that exhibit simplicity and elegance for our supported mobile platforms.
• Make informed decisions by thoroughly understanding data and aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate seamlessly with design and other cross-functional teams, including research, data, product, and engineers.
