In this role, you’ll
Create visually appealing content (images for web, social media posts, blog articles, email and ad campaigns etc.) that aligns with the marketing strategy.
Ensure that all visual elements, such as logos, color schemes, and typography, remain consistent across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for campaigns and projects.
Design various print materials like brochures, flyers, posters, booth prints, merch and business cards.
Ensure the final output to meet quality standards is a crucial responsibility. This includes checking for errors, consistency, and compliance with design guidelines.
Your skills & experiences
A strong foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition is essential.
Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Adaptability and capability to work on a variety of projects, from creating social media graphics to designing large-scale marketing campaigns.
Creative and artistic mindset to develop visually appealing and innovative designs that stand out in the market.
Precision and attention to detail to ensure that designs are error-free, pixel-perfect, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Effective communication to collaborate with team members, understanding project requirements, and presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
Experience with AI Tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Gemini.
Knowledge in After Effects is a plus.
Experience working at SaaS or B2B companies is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
Gross salary: 2700 - 4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
