What You’ll Be Doing

• Service Excellence: Provide concierge-level support, rapid response to issues, and proactive guidance (market intel, platform tips).

• Client Management: Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients, serving as their main point of contact, advocating for them internally, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

• Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and a seamless experience.

• Events & Networking: Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor degree or above

• 3+ years of growth/operation experience in the Cryptocurrency space

• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude

• Effective communication and sense of urgency to aid clients and internal satisfaction

• Fluency in Mandarin
