Own user acquisition and growth for the Mexico market: paid, influencer, referral, and organic channels.
Responsabilidades:
- Paid marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google: budget, creative testing, CAC/LTV
- Referral program, influencer campaigns, and organic growth loops
- Community channels: Facebook groups, WhatsApp, activations
- Attribution and measurement (Branch.io, ad platforms, internal data)
- Campaign execution: bilingual copy, landing pages, push campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience growing a consumer product in Mexico
- Hands-on paid marketing: managed real budgets, can show results
- Strong analytical skills: cohorts, CAC, activation, retention
- Able to execute directly, not just manage agencies
- Heavy AI tooling user
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Mexico City preferred
